Plans & Payments
• Hourly Plans are best for short-term projects or when you want flexibility.
• Retainer Plans are great for ongoing work — you pay a fixed amount monthly for a set number of hours or tasks.
Both options offer the same level of quality and reliability — it’s all about what works best for your needs.

For our Starter Retainer Plan, unused hours (up to 5) can roll over to the next month.
For higher plans, we’ll help you optimize hours so you always get full value from your time with us.

Extra hours can be added easily to your plan or billed hourly, whichever you prefer.

Yes — we just ask for a 15-day heads-up before your next billing cycle so we can plan things smoothly on our end.
You’re also welcome to upgrade or switch between hourly and retainer services anytime, depending on availability.
Our regular operations run from Monday to Friday, but weekend or holiday support may be arranged under our Premium Retainer Plan or for urgent projects with advance notice.
